| Looking for generously sized rooms, a great room filled with lots of light and fresh air through multiple windows and sliders and a quiet location yet convenient to family activities this home is your vacation destination. Situated in the quiet Fourth Avenue neighborhood with a view of the meadow thru the natural landscape across the street the new deck will be the spot to enjoy the view! The great room with vaulted ceiling has updated furnishings and hardwood flooring. The kitchen with new granite counters complimenting the pristine white cabinets is just the right size for entertaining. The master bedroom with queen sits on the second floor with semi private access to a large bath. On the first floor you will find three large guest rooms. The front room with queen bed has semi private access to the hall bath. The other first floor bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen as well as a single. These bedrooms share a bath. At the end of the day the gang can enjoy the generous sized back yard for a game of horseshoes or the family barbeque. Store your beach toys and chairs out back and wash the sand off in the enclosed outside shower. Looking for family fun after the beach? Walk a block over to the new and improved recreation area at 40th and Ocean drive complete with new playground, bocce ball, tennis, basketball, pavilion setting and lots of space to play and run! Your beach waits at the end of 40th Street or if you like the dune setting walk or bike to 43rd street for the dune walk to the beach. Either way the beach is wide and protected for your family enjoyment! |
