PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Located in the high dune section of Avalon, this home is just five houses in from Dune Drive and only 300 feet to the 48th Street beach path, which leads to one of the most expansive and quiet stretches of beach on the island!! Enjoy the sun or the shade from one of 3 spacious decks (1 off the 2nd floor Great Room, 1 off the first floor king bedroom and 1 overlooking the pool shared by the two second floor bedrooms). The house has two zone central air conditioning and a custom 5 zone sound system throughout the home. The first floor family room opens to the 28 x 14 foot heated pool and patio area with gas grill. The Great Room and Family Room both have wide screen TVs with DVD/VCRs. With all of the top of the line amenities, this will be your home away from home that will give your family a lasting and memorable beach vacation!! Internet access is also available. Owner has some beach chairs for tenant use, however they are not guaranteed. Owner provides a changeover cleaning upon your departure!
